CTCC Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2019

This is a reminder that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the Canadian Tamils’ Chamber of Commerce (CTCC) will be held on Saturday, October 26, 2019 at 8:30 A.M.
This meeting will take place at JC’S Banquet & Grill House, 1686 Ellesmere Rd, Toronto, Ontario, M1H 2V5.

Breakfast and registration will commence at 8:30 A.M. and the meeting will open at 9:30 A.M.
An election of Board of Directors for the 2019/2020 year will be held to fill three (3) Director positions at this meeting from four (4) candidates.
Please note that this event is strictly open to CTCC 2019 members only.
The audited financial statements for this fiscal year are being finalized by our auditors and will be sent to the membership upon receipt.
