அன்புள்ள பக்தர்கள், புரவலர்கள்,அர்ச்சகர்கள் மற்றும் கோயிலுக்கு வருபவர்கள் அனைவரும்
COVID-19 தொடர்பாக உள்ளூர், மாகாண மற்றும் மத்திய பொது சுகாதார அதிகாரிகள் வெளியிட்டுள்ள வழிகாட்டுதல்களைக் கவனித்து, கோயில் நிர்வாகம் பின்வரும் நடவடிக்கைகளை உடனடியாக செயல்படுத்தும். இந்த நடவடிக்கைகள் தொடர்ந்து மதிப்பீடு செய்யப்பட்டு சுகாதார அதிகாரிகளின் வழிகாட்டுதல்களுக்கு ஏற்ப மாற்றியமைக்கப்படும்.
1.1 பக்தர்கள் “அர்ச்சனை தட்டை சன்னதிக்கு முன்னால் மேசையில் வைக்குமாறு கேட்டுக்கொள்ளப்படுகிறார்கள். தயவுசெய்துஅர்ச்சனை தட்டை அர்ச்சகரிடம் நேரடியாக ஒப்படைக்க வேண்டாம்.
1.2 அர்ச்சனை தட்டைத் தொடக்கூடாது என்று அர்ச்சகர்கள் கேட்டுக்கொள்ளப்படுகிறார்கள்.
1.3 அர்ச்சகர் தீபம் மட்டுமே காண்பிப்பார். அர்ச்சகர் எதையும் கொடுக்க மாட்டார்
.1 பிரசாதம் அல்லது
.2 பெருமாள் தீர்த்தம் மற்றும் சதாரி அல்லது
.3 விபூதி, கும்குமம்
1.4 அனைத்து சந்தனம், கும்குமம் கிண்ணங்களும் கோயிலிலிருந்து அகற்றப்படும்
1.5 சமையலறையில் உணவு அல்லது பிரசாதம் வழங்கப்பட மாட்டாது
1.6 நெய்வெத்யம் பலிபீடங்களுக்கு வழங்கப்படும், ஆனால் பக்தர்களுக்கு வழங்கப்படாது
1.7 அனைத்து பக்தர்களிடமிருந்தும் குறைந்தபட்சம் 2 மீ தொலைவில் பராமரிக்க அர்ச்சகர்கள் கோரப்படுகிறார்கள்.
1.8 அர்ச்சகர்கள் கோயிலில் சுழற்சி அடிப்படையில் இருப்பார்கள். எந்த நாளிலும் இரண்டு அர்ச்சகர்கள் மட்டுமே கோவிலில் இருப்பார்கள். இதன் விளைவாக, அர்ச்சனை அல்லது பிற பூஜை நடவடிக்கைகளை நடத்துவதற்கு பக்தர்கள் பொறுமையாக இருக்குமாறு கேட்டுக்கொள்ளப்படுகிறார்கள்.
1.9 கோயில் மேலாண்மை அனைத்து மேற்பரப்புகளையும் ஒரு வழக்கமான அடிப்படையில் முடிந்தவரை சுத்தப்படுத்தும்.
1.10 கோயிலுக்குள் சுகாதாரமான நிலைமைகளைக் கடைப்பிடிக்கும்படி அனைத்து பக்தர்களையும் கேட்டுக்கொள்கிறோம், கோவிலுக்குள் எங்கும் மிஞ்சிய பொருட்களை விடக்கூடாது.
1.11 யாராவது சளி, இருமல், தலைவலி, காய்ச்சலால் பாதிக்கப்பட்டிருந்தால், கோவிலுக்குள் நுழைய வேண்டாம் என்று கேட்டுக்கொள்கிறோம்.
இந்த காலங்களில் உங்கள் பொறுமைக்கும் ஆதரவிற்கும் நன்றி. இந்த நிலைமைகள் விரைவாக கடந்து செல்லும் என்பதில் நாங்கள் உறுதியாக உள்ளோம், மேலும் கோயில் சாதாரண நடவடிக்கைகளை மீண்டும் வெகு விரைவில் தொடங்கலாம் என எதிர்பார்க்கின்றோம்.

RICHMOND HILL HINDU TEMPLE.
Dear Devotees, Patrons, Priests and all Visitors to the Temple
Heeding the guidelines published by the local, provincial and federal public health authorities regarding COVID-19, the Temple Management will be implementing the following measures immediately. These measures will be evaluated on an ongoing basis and modified to suit the health authorities’ guidelines.
1.1 Devotees are requested to leave “Archanai Thattu” on the Table in front of the sannadhi. Please do not handover the Thattu to the Priest.
1.2 Priests are requested not to touch the Archanai Thattu.
1.3 Priest will only show deepam. Priest will not give any
.1 Prasadam or
.2 Perumal Theertham and Sadari or
.3 Vibuthi, Kumkumam
1.4 All chandanam, kumkumam bowls will be removed from the Temple
1.5 No food or prasadam will be served in the Kitchen
1.6 Neyvedhyam will be offered to the Altars but will not given to the devotees
1.7 Priests are requested to maintain minimum 2 m away from all devotees.
1.8 Priests will be in the temple on a rotational basis. Only two priests shall be at the Temple on any given day. As a result, devotees are requested to be patient for conducting Archanai or other Pooja activities.
1.9 Temple management will sanitize all surfaces as much as possible on a regular basis.
1.10 We request all devotees to observe hygienic conditions within the Temple and not leave any left overs anywhere inside the Temple.
1.11 If anyone is suffering from cold, cough, headache, fever, we request you to not enter the Temple.
